Terms of Use

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account. Children don't use StoryMansion directly.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Please give accurate details so we can reach you about your books.

2. What StoryMansion makes

• StoryMansion writes a personalised story from the details you give us, and, depending on the edition you choose, creates illustrations and a downloadable PDF. What each edition includes is shown before you choose it.
• Stories and pictures are created by artificial intelligence. They can occasionally contain mistakes, such as a detail that doesn't match what you told us. Please read your book before sharing or printing it. You can edit the words yourself, and you can ask us to fix a picture (see our Refund Policy).
• Because each book is generated fresh, two books made from the same details won't be identical.

3. The details you share

• Only share details about a child if you are their parent or guardian, or have their parent's or guardian's permission. The same goes for anyone else you include in a story.
• Don't include anything unlawful, hateful, or harmful, or anything you don't have the right to share.
• You give us permission to use the details you share to create, store and show you your storybooks, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Your storybook

• Your storybook is for you and your family. You may read it, download it (where included), print it for yourselves and give it as a personal gift.
• Please don't resell it or use it commercially without our written permission.
• We keep the rights to the StoryMansion name, website and design. We won't use your child's story or pictures in our marketing unless you give us permission first.

5. Prices and payment

• Current prices are listed on our homepage. Each storybook is a one-time payment; there is no subscription.
• Prices are shown in your currency before you pay. Any taxes that apply are shown or included at checkout.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. Your book starts being created once your payment is confirmed.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Using StoryMansion fairly

Please don't misuse StoryMansion: for example, trying to get paid editions without paying, interfering with the website, or using it to create content about people without their permission. We may suspend accounts that do this.

7. Our responsibility

• We work hard to keep StoryMansion running and your books safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or error-free.
• As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim about a storybook is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

8. Changes and ending

• We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and tell you about important changes by email or in the app.
• You can stop using StoryMansion at any time and ask us to delete your account (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
