Questions parents ask
Very. You tell us about your child: their name, what they love, how they look, who is in their family and what you call each other at home, and a real memory if you like. The more you share (you can just speak into the mic), the more the story feels like it was written only for your family.
No. We never ask for photos. You describe how your child and family look in your own words, and the illustrations are drawn from that.
A few minutes to fill in the details and choose one of two story ideas. Then we draw your characters for you to check, and the pictures for the whole book take about 15 to 20 minutes. You don't need to wait on the page: close it, and your book will be waiting in My books.
You check your characters before the book is drawn and can ask for changes, or try a different art style. Once the book is ready you can edit any page's text yourself and redraw up to 3 pictures, telling us what to fix.
Yes. Add the sibling (or a cousin or best friend) and tick "Main character too". They share the whole adventure and both names go on the cover.
The story is written in English. Tell us the language you speak at home (Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic and many more) and the story uses your family's own words for people, a few words from your language, and festive clothes that fit your family.

An illustrated book is a one-time payment, shown in your currency under Pricing above: the Standard Storybook has 10 pages and the Premium Storybook 15, each with a picture on every page, a cover and the PDF. Yes. Only you can see your books, and we never ask for photos. What you type is used only to make your book: the AI services that write and draw it receive just what they need, and a small StoryMansion team looks at a book only to help you or check quality. We never sell your details or use them for ads, and you can ask us to delete your books or your whole account at any time.

StoryMansion was created in Dubai by Sowmya, a designer and mother who made personalised storybooks by hand for her own children. She built StoryMansion so every family can make one, and so parents can check and fix the little details that make a story truly theirs.
